Bookkeeping Pricing

Our prices are not based on per hour or per item charges. We have very simple system based on number of work you need from us. There is a lot of things you can do yourself. But we can also help. Our prices are based on number of pages of statemetns. One full page = $50 charge (entered and reconciled transactions).

 
Product Cost per month Description
One time QB set up fee $40 Initial set up.
Reconciling transactions
(Bank accounts, checking, savings, Merchant, Credit Card and Paypal)
$50 per page of statement.
For example you have 2 statements (bank account and credit card).
Bank Account 2 pages x $50 = $100
Credit Card 1 page x $50 = $50
We look at pages with transactions only and charge $50 for each page. The charge per page can be higher if there are transactions missing or with other complications. We will always let you know upfront. 
One time procedures. For example setting up accounts, sales tax set up, depreciation charges, year-end check up, etc. $30 one time charges charged in increments based on complication. These are one time charges for settings, consultations or problem solving. We will always inform you upfront if there is need to charge such fee. 
Payroll $60 per month for 10 employees.  We have a great payroll program integrated with QuickBooks Online. Please read more information here.
